Jim Sypher is a native of the Puget Sound Area with a strong connection to the community. He completed his education at Western Washington University, obtaining both a B.A. and an M.B.A. in finance. Alongside his wife Tina, Jim has celebrated 31 years of marriage, and they have been dedicated parents to their two children, Blake and Brooke. Their involvement in the Sammamish Community reflects their commitment to making a positive impact.

With a career spanning back to 1993, Jim's journey in financial services has been marked by achievements. His roles as an advisor and a Regional Director paved the way for his leadership as the General Agent of MassMutual Northwest in 2007. Guiding associates, managers, and staff, Jim's focus on growth has extended the firm's reach across the Northwest, embodying a dedication to both service and success.
