Professional Story

I serve as the Marketing Director and Executive Assistant to CEO Jim Sypher at MassMutual Northwest, where I play a central role in both the firm’s operations and growth.

My work spans marketing, operations, and executive support. I lead firm-wide marketing initiatives, oversee event strategy and execution, and build programs and tools that support advisors as they grow their businesses. At the same time, I work closely with leadership to help turn ideas into structured, executable plans that move the firm forward.

I’m often working behind the scenes—bringing organization to complex initiatives, improving processes, and ensuring consistency across the firm. From managing key projects to supporting day-to-day operations, my focus is on creating clarity, driving momentum, and ensure things get done.

I bring a practical, solutions-focused approach to my role, with a strong emphasis on follow-through, adaptability, and results.
